Hi, my name is Shazia. I am an experienced writer, editor and digital strategist based in Toronto, Ontario.
My writing often focuses on entertainment, food, feminism, health, humour, local news and events. But, I’ve covered just about any other topic you can imagine – from small-town duct cleaners to international festivals – at some point in my decade-plus career.
I’m also a specialist in social media and digital marketing; you’ve likely seen my work somewhere online for the Toronto Star, The Kit, toronto.com and various news publications, or for a number of clients ranging from small neighbourhood shops to major international brands.
